He was up for the Vice President of Development for one of the oldest schools in the Country. William and Mary is trying to boost their endowment (I know I get the mailings) and increasing alumni donations. He would not have been involved in athletics as William and Mary just pure unadulterated fund raising. So, it would have been a step up.

Geeze, get over the uniforms. They look decent with the red jerseys. Every college uniform looks like another school - tons of schools, only so many colors. Was there this much uproar when they did away with the red helmet - white pony?

There would have been if we had the internet, and Ponyfans back then.
We ditched the red helmet white pony for a plain gray helmet with
red/blue stripes on top with no pony on the sides.

Red helmets are cool. With the blue jerseys back then nobody looked
like us.
