All you guys who think that NTSU's hire is a bane to SMU's future prospects need to remember that SMU's future prospects weren't that grand even before NTSU hired their HS coach. SMU is arguably returning a defense that is not as good as the one that just finished 6-6, 113th in pass defense or whatever and could not find it in them to stop the run against Houston in a game that mattered. The offense will be fun to watch the next couple years but if we do not learn to pass block and get a running game going, young Mr. Willis is one hit away from being done. So chill about NTSU getting a new HS coach, it's not likely to affect SMU's fate one bit.
