Yes; Tulsa was way overrated. CUSA does not have a team deserving of a Top 25 ranking...and did not after ECU lost to NCSU. If Tulsa wins out and beats a 7-5 SEC team soundly in the Liberty Bowl, they might make a case...but I have a hard time believeing they would play .500 ball in the SEC.
I still like either a Tulsa vs Vandy or ECU vs Ole Miss Liberty Bowl
Houston and Marshall might have something to say about that, though
