I did a three day trip to Steam Boat About 15 years ago, dropped into that little airport kept looking at everyone seeing who would be good to eat if we crashed lol.

When they opened the door I inhailed and my nose hairs instAntly froze.
It was then I asked where are the palm trees. Never again. :lol:

Looked a little empty at the patio bar. Did you rent a car and go exploring ??
I found it strange of all places to get a bargain on car rental out of the islands will be visiting next month was Maui at $33 a day with tax. Rented one at Hilo and Kona also but lots more.

It's high right now to rent cars during Xmas -$65 a day for midsize.
$100+ for jeep or convertible. Helicopter today.
