Any other ideas for chants? Maybe "FIGHT - MUSTANGS"

There you go! We'll try it. It would be really cool if we could do the Go (Go) Go (Go) Go (Mustangs) chant across the field, but I'm afraid that's pretty advanced.

I moved my season tix from 106 to lower in 105 in part because I got sick of getting stared down and asked to sit down by the bluehairs behind me
Peruna94&07 wrote:I was over in section 106 last enjoying the new season tickets from moving from the end zone. We had a good group in the couple of rows I was in, but definitely issues with the blue hair crowd. My son tried to get on the jumbotron and tried to squeeze in close to one blue hair and I thought she was going to go off him. The other issue we had was when we were on 3rd down for defense I would beat on the bleachers in front of me and had some blue hairs stare down my wife to the point she asked me to stop. Hoping we can get these folks to move, but unfortunately that is what we have to deal with.

The better the team does the more fans we attract and the better the experience.

I'll second the Horse... Power chant. I thought I heard some group doing that at the A&M game.

I like 'Less Filling, followed by 'Taste great'. The problem is it will probably start a fight.

I wish there were a way to have the band start a cheer/chant. Kinda an intro that folks know what is expected.

Whatever the case, there is no bigger joke than the cheerleader sign that simply reads "NOISE"... really!?! That is the best SMU could come up with???

Section 106 will prevail.

I think we're making progress. We didn't have the cops called down to investigate our noise-making ONCE on Saturday. However, the stares were still present.

That's because they are more used to seeing more "adult only" activities going on in the rocky end of their bowl...

Strange how that has worked out. I remember the day we tried to burn down the grassy end of the stadium.
