Memphis will lose their coach to a USC team most likely...hope they find another to fill his shoes. Need to keep the conference position on an upward trajectory and expand the successful school list for football and basketball. Do that, and you create a conference whose advertising and marketing might be valuable enough to make the conference successful enough to defeat the desire to poach individual teams.
