They keep saying how complex this offense is. It's the coach's freakin' job to simplify their offense for young guys, and make it so that it suits the players you have. My God this is awful.

It is a convient defense for why June struggles. He is a good coach, the players just need time to grasp the offense...

This is year 7, you can only run the offense you can recruit for, and beyond that the Run and Shoot Yourself in the Foot has become obsolete and not worth the steep learning curve. This is Burcham's third year in the "system".
