I agree w/ 'mr lifeson'...UTEP will be trouble @ Ford. After watching them vs Buffalo and Texas...and someone else-KU maybe? Price has done a good job bringing them around

to put this into perspective... on the last play Tulsa had 5 OL, 1TE, 1RB protecting. UTEP had 3 DL, and they almost get the sack...

Things got a lot tighter in the CUSA West race.

Buckram puts that team on his back. About 224 yards rushing against UH and I think over 200 yards rushing and catching against Tulsa.

Buckram=HS teammate of no-helmet Tanner Brock of TCU. edit: just learned he was @ Cove a littler earlier; played with TCU TE Logan Brock in HS.

Should be a good crowd w/ the UTEP folks that already travel well when the Miners come to town.

for whomever asked above-Buchram was a 3 star with offers from UTEP, Houston, Tulsa and New Mexico. From Copperas Cove. I want to say he was a finalist in the 100 Meter Dash at State too but not sure

I didn't really watch this until late in the fourth quarter when the NLCS got out of hand in the 8th inning. Would anyone mind giving a quick synopsis? Did Tulsa just blow this because they couldn't deliver the knockout punch?

Nothing big, just curious.

Thanks

This game and the Houston game have once again demonstrated that UTEP plays at a higher level at the SUN Bowl with its rabid fans. I still believe we can beat them at Ford.

UTEP is heading downfield. Schedule is very cooperative. Toughest games SMU in Dallas and Marshall in El Paso. Should be a big crowd at that UTEP game in Dallas

Loved all the references to SMU last night by the commentators about our leading the western division. NIce to hear SMU at the top again.
