And since there is a predictable spin coming from this in terms of "Well I didn't call you an enemy of SMU I just meant you were against Jones (or something like that), I'll just say this -- DON'T YOU EVER AGAIN ACCUSE ME OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS!

Actually, that doesn't look like he called you anything of the sort.

He said it was a bad day for:
a) bagice
b) Patton
and c) enemies of SMU.

If he had said "other enemies of SMU" you might have a point. But he didn't. And you don't.

And for someone who has enjoyed poking anti-Texas fans over and over and over for being "BIIIIIITTTTTTTEEEEERRRRRR!" you are pretty touchy yourself. Chill out a bit and get over yourself.

You're damn right I get touchy when somebody has the gall to question my loyalty to this school. So to be grouped with enemies of SMU is pretty much an insult. Right or wrong, that's how I took.

So Alex has some explaining to do.

And for the record, I have said I do not like Jones personally and I'm not a fan of his offense. However, I have also said that it doesn't matter what I think. It's what the 85 kids in that locker room think. My want is for the program to be successful.

Those ideas are independent of each other.
