Anthony Martinez, the kicker for Nevada, will never have to pay for drinks again at Nevada alumni events.

I thought the Boise kick was good too, but I was cheering for Boise.

I was not cheering for Boise State as much as I was cheering against TCU.

if it is TCU, I'll be there in my SMU gear as well....I wore my SMU gear last year while rooting against Texas with all of the Bama fans...I would love to talk some sh*t to some toads though this year

Does the Hawaii Bowl get the WAC first place team or second place team? Either way, they will have a top 20 team playing against the C-USA team. Would love to play in the Liberty Bowl, but it would be cool to play Boise St. too.

Hard to believe that is only Chris Petersen's 5th loss as a coach. Whatever your stance on Boise and the NC/BCS picture, you have to be impressed with what he's done there. And their first year as a D1 team was what, 1999? Unbelievable.

Good for sure - but we should have taken a page from thier book ten yrs ago - load up on the JC guys, and drop all pretense of student athlete. It took us way too long time to get a coach who knew that formula and figured out how to get that done at SMU.

The Hawaii Bowl gets the WAC's First Pick of schools named Hawaii. The Bowl was created by Hawaii for Hawaii

Why not just go to your own bowl game? I mean, its not like you have had that many in the last 20 years...1 by my count.

With regard to the Boise FG misses. ESPN was showing highlites last nite where they superimposed an extended goal post extended to the height of the Ball. I don't know if that is an accurate depiction but I do know that it showed both kicks were clearly wide
