I will be at 1st and 10 at 10:45 AM....I like Ozona's before a Basketball game or after watching a football practice, but for watching a SMU game, 1st and 10 is where we go....right guys?.....

UPDATE: BOTH locations of 1st & 10 will be open at 10:30 on Saturday morning in advance of the 11:00 kickoff.

Uptown is only 10 minutes away from Lakewood.... Rent is too expensive in Uptown...

There are already several sports oriented bars in uptown...and rents and Triple Nets ARE too high there.
Frankies, Christie's and now the Nodding Donkey are firmly entrenched as Sports oriented bar/restaurants in Uptown, and 1st and 10 would just dilute the market.
