I'd have to think we've lost this kid. Programs, even top programs like bama and ND, lose kids at this juncture, but they're not standing idle or on vacation. They're fighting for their classes and have contingency plans in place. This is just another slap in the face, and to a cross town rival. Have some level of professionalism.

Nothing can be done anymore...we tried everything, emails, tweets, personal letters, we started a crowd funding campaign and have blown up all of the major blogs.

We just have to wait until we are capable fiscally of firing him and bringing in a good staff as a replacement

We all talk a lot about The SMU Glory Days and how important football is to SMU. We all want a good football program again. It can be done in Dallas! We all want to be taken seriously in football. Letting this go on is beyond comprehension. It is time for someone to show us that football is important to SMU. Anyone?

Make an example out of June Jones and fire his [deleted]! Show us that SMU is serious about football!

Go get any other coach that can show us that he is committed to our school and to our football program. Good things will happen. See Coach Larry Brown. Two drastically different approaches to building programs.

Alright rass roll, I guess every other d1 football coach doesn't know what they're doing since they are all focuses on both their 14 and 15 recruiting classes.
