If anyone really wants to question Hart, go out there and watch him during the games. He's not hiding away. He's not locked up in a press box like almost every other AD. He's out on the sidelines, and I've seen for two straight weeks now trying to get the crowd involved and cheering on the team right beside them.

Firing JJ as his first move would've been ridiculously stupid. He has his chance now to make his mark, whether he's just a figure head for whomever is actually in charge or not.

End of the fourth quarter Hart was walking down to stand on the sidelines until the end of the game. He walked through the student section (what was left of it) for some reason on his way to the field. While he did he told multiple students thanks guys for staying we all really appreciate it. I thought it was a nice gesture.

This mess can turn around just as quickly as it fell apart. If Hart hires the right head coach, and in turn if he hires the right support staff watch how fast we improve. The new coach must pull a Larry Brown and walk hand in hand with the SMU community. Hopefully, players come with the head coach and another few with the assistants. This can happen!

In the meantime, Thomas Morstead once again posted a pic in his lucky SMU cap before boarding the Saints charter to Dallas. Talk about a class act - highly doubt you'll see any knucklehead tweets out of him. Pretty sure he'll forever support SMU, through both thick & thin.

And unfortunate that these tweets were fired off today because I really enjoyed the "Mustangs in the NFL" montage on the scoreboard today.

Wonder if Beasley is really jealous...he went from Jones and Turner to Garrett and Jones and the Cowboys while Morstead gets Peyton and Benson and the Saints. Cole could develop into the ultimate demotivational speaker, specializing in being a [deleted] while working for one.

Probably should give Reed, Beasley & Dickerson a break. Between the 3 of them they've probably had about 30 concussions which has obviously turned their brains to mush and left them susceptible to the brainwashing cult of Juneses. It's not their fault they're so stupid.

Holy sh#t....a constructive thought! Almost like you took leadership 101 and didn't pray for them to curve the final.
All joking aside, would love to know whether outreach like this has happened. I believe it has, because I trust in Hart and because this is such an easy solution to address the problem. You reach out to these guys and then allow that to be known, because if you have been asked for your opinion and input and still post this crap, it makes you look that much worse. Give them that little piece of ownership and a part of the solution and you eliminate bad PR.
