BU brought more in 13 than TCU even had the opportunity to bring last year. BU brought over 10k last time we went to Ford in 05. I expect a similar showing even with the Friday kick time.
haha

thank you
the reason every school in Texas can sell 5-10 times more tickets in Ford than we can take on a road trip is because of our miniscule fan base. You can squeeze out opponent by increasing your fanbase. See Basketball. Arkansas used to bring 6,000 to Moody-last year their crowd was marginalized

We comfortably brought over 5k to FW in 13'. Frogs maxed out the B12 allotment of 3,850 and maybe got some more from there for 4.5 maximum even if TCU got a ton of stubhub & extra berm tickets.

Example No. 2: TCU squeezed out visiting crowd by selling out their season tickets.
Example No. 3: I'm sure Baylor did the same to TCU last year.
Ford seats 32,000-if we sell 25,000-28,000 tickets we could squeeze opponents out too

Question is, does SMU have a plan to get there?

The only way for certain to achieve this - unprotected sex. Get out there young man and do your job.

I couldn't care less how tickets are selling on the secondary market if we sellout. Secondary market is likely to be 80% Baylor fans many sitting in the SMU season ticket areas.

SMU just came off of a dismal and boring 1-11 season----it takes time to build excitement.
