I hope we keep this trend going. We lost the last few minutes of 1st halves multiple times during the last two seasons. It deflates everything going into halftime.

nice first half. Our running games is awful. 22 yards on 14 carries that is 1.6 yards per carry against NTSU!!!!

We woke up after a dismal slow start...second half, throttle, and step on their neck.

Finally. Thank you. Attack the NTSU D backs. They can't stay with our receivers. Use the running game to keep the D line and LBs honest but we really don't have to waste time running. Attack their DBs! Our Special teams have done well. And the D finally discovered they are better than the NTSU O.

We have stuffed the running game since the opening drive. Nice we have hit their QB often and hard. He is noticieng the punishment and his throws show it. I wish we could hit the recievers as well and as often. Discourage the over the middle routes.

They are stacking the box. Sutton is being covered 1 on 1 and should be open all night.

NTSU is trying to stack the box against the run, and making Hicks beat them. It will be interesting if they pull coverage on Sutton and others...the ground game HAS to open up.

Pretty bad first 6 minutes but pretty good last 24. Hope we can punch it in to start the second half and then cruise on in.

I hear you but SMU still needs to do better running the ball than 1.6 yards a carry. Also, Since NTSU two scoring drives, the NTSU offense has only 108 yards total offense. Nice job by the defense
