Our LBs don't seem to be dropping deep enough. Fleps had a chance to make a play on the ball but wasn't back far enough.

Our defensive schemes for the last few games have really been poor. If we can't defend the pass at least blitz and create pressure.

frustrating to watch. we still arent on Utep's level physically. thought we were turning the corner on getting pushed around, dont think we are anymore after the past several weeks. Dline cant get any pressure, and dbacks are a step or two slow on every play

This is what I'm thinking right now. I mean the last 3 games Vittatoe has looked like garbage (against 2 teams we beat mind you) and we're making him look like a damn Heisman candidate. Shouldn't be too tough for Marshall and ECU's QBs to look similar. Our offense isn't playing well enough for shootouts.
