We need a drive and score. It is important that we improve the O at this point. We have hung tough with a top 25 team and we need to keep it as close as possible.

Need tp see more of Romo in this one. It's over, so last thing we need is to have Eckert get hurt. Need both of those guys if we are going to finish out this season with a couple of wins against Nevada, UTEP or Tulsa. Rice and La Tech will be tough games.

OSU blew us out, which is the other top 25 team we played. No doubt we have improved to hang tough with BSU. We have had a poor performance from the specialty teams, which has really hurt us. Now the O has to do something.

well, the O did a little but certainly not enough. For once we have a decent speciality team performance. Now the D needs to step up.

Yeah, ok, there are NO moral victories, BUT...here we are in conference play, and early on in the fourth, we managed to grab a TO deep in the opponent's territory. We've hammered receivers over the middle, drilled some RBs in the backfield, and we scored on an early TO. We've SCARED a potent offense, in short.
This time last year, it was Tulsa suprising the locals w/ their efforts on the blue field, and it signalled a "program turnaround." Nah, we ain't making no bowl this year, but I'm SO encouraged w/ the spirit of tonight's effort.

I am listening to the game and not watching it. I really like the sound of our defense. I know the score is a bit high but we have played at a field position disadvantage and done well. Our O has been non-existent. And against a top 25 team I am encouraged.

Absolutely...
am proud of the fight in our guys tonight... offense even kicked in.
Doesn't feel as lopsided as the score looks at all.

More tries up the middle of the line...Roma, Munlin, Dorsey..it doesn't matter!!!!! We cannot move the center of their line. Give it up!!! Geesh!

We just need more time and experience on the O line. That will come. It is the special team play that bothers me. That needs to improve if we are to beat the 2nd tier conference teams.
