That wouldn't bother me so much. It is the fact(s) that (1) he SOUGHT them out; (2) publicly; (3) during a HUGE recruiting weekend, and combined with the facts that (a) he acts like he doesn't give 2 shites about this university; and (b) he checked out on the season, when we were at 5-1, nonetheless!!!

listening and soliciting are different...as is timing...if your going to solicit dont do it on a weekend that could damage your current employer, especially when you figure out no one wants you except the place where your agent is on the search committee...
