PAtterson has told high school coaches not to judge their guys on size alone when recommending recruits. He wants guys who are athletic, can run and are hard-nosed physical players who will work hard and probably want to make it to the NFL. TCU can put the weight on em when they get on campus. That compared to SMU who wanted guys ready to just come in and play based on the eye test and speed....not the physical, hard nosed, hard working part.
