I don't think it is that simple. The Miami game along with all the Top 10 upsets this weekend should be more of a warning to SMU to not let up. Getting up for a road game at Louisville is one thing, but the team could easily let up and get beat at Stanford, Cal, etc if they are not careful.

Watching the end of both the Pitt/Cal and Louisville/UVa games…exciting ACC football and I like how we match up against Pitt, UVa and Cal in the upcoming weeks. Man…Louisville has a QB and weapons, great job holding them to 27 last week.

Anyone notice Ulysses Bentley IV has 4 carries for 64 yards including a 50 yd TD run in the 1st half as Ole Miss leads LSU 17-13? Bentley, the former SMU RB who is seemingly playing in his 10th year of college football (actually his 6th and final year of eligibility after benefitting from both a RS and Covid season not to mention Q. Judkins moving on to Ohio State via the transfer portal last year).
