Despite the thread on our feelings toward TCU, I actually admire what they have accomplished. They had a plan and worked it. I think the MWC move will not pay-off for them, but that is just my opinion.
As for their first game tonight, as a Midwesterner, I am picking Northwestern. BUS claims you shouldn't leave home without Big Ones and NU does. Walker is a good coach and this game should be closer that you might think.
Despite it being the Home Opener for the Frogs, look for a good game out of the Wildcats.
NU 27 TCU 24

The line moved from TCU -7 to TCU -6.5, so it looks like most are thinking TCU. These non-conference games are tough to call. One would certainly have to look at the fact that this is a BIG 10 team vs. Conf USA team. I'm going to parlay this game with the A&M-Utah game.

Actually the line move means most are thinking NU. My bad.

So Northwestern has a legit team this year? The line normally gives three points to the home team, so they must think this will be a close game.
Man I'm glad it's football season.

So some on here think TCU will lose to Northwestern, and SMU will beat Tech. Couldn't have predicted that.
The attitude dictates that you don't care whether she comes, stays, lays, or prays. I mean whatever happens, your toes are still tappin'. Now when you got that, then you have the attitude.

TCU 31, NWU 31....beginning of the 4th quarter. Froggies have been outscored 17-3 so far in the second half.

45-45 going into overtime. Very exciting game. NU tied it with about 8 seconds to play.
