Not to beat a dead horse (Rock me!), but there's no way those kids can possibly feel like they have a chance when they put that blue helmet on.
I predicted we would never win a game in blue helmets and in case you haven't noticed we are now 0-14 in them.
When we wore the classic white helmets (THE BEST HELMETS IN THE NCAA) we always at least won a few games.

Oh, please. As Stallion will tell you: it's the M-O-D-E-L.

Nah, it's not the helmets. It's the socks. They're tolerable with the red home jerseys, but it's not happening with the white away jerseys.

Agreed. This is what a helmet should look like ..
Sorry the picture doesn't appreciate being linked to.

as anybody knows who follows college football-the M-O-D-E-L starts with the uniform. I say burn 'em.

I love it... blame the unis. Maybe the players should spin two times when they get out of bed, that always breaks the bad uni mojo.
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

Hey, if it works and we win a game, I say spin 'em like tops...

We are 0-14 since Bennett decided that the football team needed a new look.

Your rationale betrays the depth of your thought process.

Perhaps one of you girls could get Chanel to design us a look.

I wonder if Bennett would be up to trying it, just for 1 game.

I don't like the Old Miss (lets be clear, I don't care if it is Old or Ole) want to be uniforms. But the uniforms are not the issue. The issue is the University. To win, the university must commit to winning. That commitment hasn't been a reality since the DP. We are starting to overcome the Pye syndrome but it will take years to overcome. Uniforms, helmets, names on the jersey are all so much bowel gas compared to the lack of commitment to success we have seen from the university.
