Munlin has fumbled, Phillips has thrown at least one interception. And he just did a quick kick that was returned for 45 yards to the SMU 33. So I guess they've finally figured it out.

21-0 now, and I don't think OKST has completed a pass yet.

OSU goes for it 4th and 2 from the SMU 16, hands it off and scores, 21-0 OSU

Crap. And plenty of it. That old standby, the C. Phillips quick kick, got returned 45 yds. on a 4th and shorth...which led to OSU getting into the red zone & a 4th & short...at which point they run for a 16 yd. touchdown.
The offense seems improved, but don't you worry...the special teams have shown their ability to be a weakness also. [end sarcasm]

OSU's drives have been 38, 37 and 37. They haven't snapped the ball outside the SMU 45. SMU has about 6 first downs and at least one in every drive except one. Phillips int. was off SMU player.

it looks like we're trying to put some yards up there, but we have to get points sooner or later

SMU defenses stiffens-forces second straight punt.

Nice 11 yard run by Dorsey and nice catch and run by Cleveland SMU still has first downs on every possession except one. 17 yard run by Phillips.
