Defensive end Tony Ficklin leads leads the WAC in tackles for loss.

San Jose State University (1-1, 0-0 WAC) begins its quest for a 2004 Western Athletic Conference football championship this week when the Spartans take on Southern Methodist University ....

Ain't we getting a little ambitious there?
