Well, I wanted to see Foy Munlin get it, but your choice of Coach Burns is a great choice.
And the honorable mentions for Munlin, Foster and Rushbrook are well-deserved, too.

I think the almost 18K who attended the game this past Saturday. Outside of the Tech and OSU games at Ford the last 2 years, it was definately one of the best "SMU" attended games in a long time.

Except for when we had more this is the best since... Thanks for the usual negative framing.
It was a good crowd and a fun atmosphere and it was an SMU crowd. I can't find the negative.
Go Ponies!! Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad

I would have voted for Phil Bennett. He really took a lot of heat over earlier losses, and while he didn't personally make tackles or catches, or even coach a specific position, he anchored the recruitment of many of the players who made plays Saturday, and he coordinated a staff of assistant coaches who had us ready on both sides of the ball.
Here's an honorary Game Ball for Coach Bennett.

I would have to agree - congratulations to Coach.
