Posted: Sat Oct 09, 2004 8:44 pmIf you are not getting the video you need to be sure you "clicked on the appropriate icon to sign on, The "speaker" icon only gives you audio. The next icon is for dial up and the next is for DSL and cable. You need to click the dial up or DSL/cable (which ever you have) to get a picture. Not sure you want to now if you have not yet. Once again the lack of special teams play is costing us big. D Line needs to step up too.
