UTEP wins at Fresno, 24-21

Amazing.

This means (A) UTEP is better than we thought or (B) Fresno is more beatable than we thought. I expect it's a combination of the two.

it means Fresno doesn't have a replacement for their stud runningback who is out for the season two weeks ago.
