As my fiance, her daughters and I were driving by the SMU campus tonite, they noticed that the flowers at the entrance to the SMU campus at the intersection of Bishop Blvd. & Mockingbird Lane are BURNT ORANGE AND WHITE!!!!!! :roll:

Guess someone on the SMU grounds crew wanted to make the Teasips feel at home this weekend! Unbelieveable!

Lilies would have been better

Is your point that SMU students don't know what are their school colors, or that lilies would have been appropriate?

Oh, I believe that SMU students know what their school colors are...but obviously someone within the school's administration doesn't have a clue! And, yes...after this past weekend's performance against Rice, lillies might be appropriate.
