Just sent in my Early Action Application to SMU.
GO PONIES!
Can't wait to get down to the hilltop.
I will also be visiting Nov 9-12, so hopefully we can upset Fresno.

Glad you made the right decision.
We need lots of enthusiastic students like you! The Fresno game should be a good one....it will give us a real picture of where we are now in our progress. Enjoy your visit!!!

Love the enthusiasm. What gets a Virginia kid to Dallas?? I went to SMU in mid 80s from the Los Angeles area. Liked what I saw and heard about SMU. Hope more kids with a love of the school can get there. Hope you don't get too down seeing the poor play and coaching of our football team at this time.
SMU and Dallas should be a good time for you. Best wishes!

I first fell in love with SMU a few years back, actually 2 summers ago, when I traveled down to Dallas with my father during one of his business trips. As I continued in my college searches, and research, I found that SMU was a very very good fit for me.
I will be down/up on the hilltop this upcoming weekend, from the 9th through the 12th, going to the Fresno game and wishing/rooting for an upset.
To anyone who wants to meet up while I am visiting SMU, just reply. I would love to meet all of you, and pick up some of your vast knowledge of SMU history.
