Sat in the rain and watched the game tonight. It was worth it. A very exciting game from start to finish especially when we controlled the ball most of the fourth quarter. Notwithstanding the blow outs this year, I see progress. I am excited for the future.

The streak makes me want to streak

Gosh, a winning streak of two in a row is almost enough to celibrate by streaking across campus on a cold, wet evening in the all-together. I don't know if I can handle three in-a-row but try me.

We ARE finally seeing progress. I’m really happy for the players because they never quit. And all the Bennett haters have to give the guy some credit. He kept these guys together and they have always given 100%.

We have a very young team and if they start believing they can win going into next year, we could see this thing turn around. Our talented group of younger guys should be ready to contribute as we enter C-USA and we’ll have a healthy Phillips and Muse back.

BTW, our favorite basketball product, Q, had a nice game tonight playing significant minutes in a close Clippers victory on national TV.

It's been a great day for SMU athletics.

That win was against a decent team. They were playing to become bowl-eligible.

WAY TO GO, MUSTANGS!

Hey-check out your home attendance. Under the new rules UNT will out of division 1a in two years. They'll be on attendance probation next year--no bowl games. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Try again! Our attendance average this year was 15,184. That means we meet requirements.

Scroll down to 112. Yours is 17706 - better, but not by a lot.

Welcome NTxChick

Thanks for sending us congratulations about our winning two consecutive games. As for attendaccne comparison, both our schools need to pump it up. Good luck in the New Orleans bowl. I hope you get an oppnent who will attract a good TV audience for you. By the way, since you are a newbie, our board has had some problems with UNT flame throwers which may explain some of the reactions you have gotten. But good sports from any school will always be welcome here. See you at the games.
