If anyone's thought about ponying up the 9.95 and hasn't yet, I wouldn't recommend it. I've just closed it out & switched to Rich & Swan...the view was like looking through a glass of water onto the field.

Just be sure to unsubscribe when the game is over. It would be a shame to pay again next month for this type of feed.

Watching through the water is not all bad when we are doing well.

Talked to an SMU official about this. Here's what I learned.

SMU went to KAAM from KSKY this season beacuse the signal strength was better and it gets better coverage. It is the policy of Crawford Broadcasting, KAAM parent, not to stream audio b/c they were fined by ASCAP & BMI for streaming (this is why some other stations still don't stream) a couple of years ago. B/C of this the only way SMU would be able to get the audio on the net was to contract Yahoo! to carry it. Yahoo charges that fee, unfortunately, but it was either that or no audio at all. SMU will be trying to add value for fans however and will be trying to post some player interviews and post-game audio to increase the bang for the customers' buck.

No, I was talking about the UTEP video feed. I was listening to the ticket for the audio and it was fine, just that video that I paid for was craptacular.
