This from an LSU grad who is fairly well connected:

"Making the LSU rounds is the rumor that offensive coordinator Jimbo Fisher
(yes, that's his real name) has been contacted by somebody associated with
SMU to gauge his interest just in case the SMU head coaching job should come
open after this season."
