Kewl, we were supposed to be going to traditional uniforms when we changed a couple of seasons ago. RED numbers were traditional on road jerseys, and put bright red spray paint on those ugly dark blue (I can't tell it from black) helmets with white Mustang decals.
I'm tired of looking like we have TT on our uniforms.

Posted: Sat Jan 15, 2005 11:47 pmAfter looking at the new helmet, the dark red Mustang doesn't really show up very well against the navy blue background. I suppose they could lighten the color red of the Mustang to make it more visible, but it can't appear to be orange - or pink.
I liked the way the red Mustang showed up clearly on the white helmet. And I liked the three stripes down the center on the white helmet (one red stripe bordered by two blue stripes). That was a sharp helmet.
Do we need to consult with the "Uniform Czar" on the Ticket?
