I've only heard this from this website.. but have gone ahead and done a mock up of the Atlanta Falcon Uniform.. into what would be a great looking SMU uniform.. comlete with our decals etc..

Can someone tell me how to post it on the website for all to view??

First you need to upload (ftp) it to the space your internet service provider has set aside for you to do your own website. You can also get a space for that at freeservers.com.

Then in your post on ponyfans
write: where
the http:// points to the file name on your ISP.

BTW, I'm tired of looking like the Texas Tech stolen by Atlanta Falcons uniforms dating back at least to the early 60s when I discovered there was SWC football.

When they messed with our traditonal RED hats in the late 50s, and again with the D. Smith era in 73, the football gods doomed us from our national power status unless we wear the RED hats from now until eternity

I'd like it if we could get a Vick in the uniform

the only way I would want to see that jersey be associated w/ SMU is if a Vick were wearing it, and that ain't going to happen.

Any other existing jerseys out there you want to see a Mock-up with SMU colors/logos? Can usually do one in about a day..

Can you do a Dolphins mockup? I imagine itd look a lot like the SMU uniforms from the late 70's, early 80's. I hate those new 'stripes' that I see more and more often. Watching the Sugar Bowl, it was Auburn, with the triple stripe SMU/Dolphins look, versus West Virginia in those high-school looking things. I just hate jumping on the 'trendy' bandwagon. University of Miami (granted GREAT football) has some of the UGLIEST uniforms I've ever seen. I loved their 80's and 90's look, but those newer Nike ones are hideous with the 'stripe' that comes over the front of the shoulders, about halfway down the sides and then across the back, kind of underlining the numbers.

The link seems to be dead, but for what it's worth I think the Falcons' jerseys are atrocious.

What ever became of the Atlanta/Miami mock-ups of a possible new look for the Ponies?
For what it's worth, last year's uniforms kind of grew on me.

We change our look more than Madonna! Now if could only achieve that same type of success!

I think its time to go back to the traditional red and blue uniforms. and it would be nice if you could see the pony on the helmet as well
