UNIVERSITY PARK – Starting quarterback Chris Phillips said he has fully recovered from a strained left rotator cuff and should be ready for spring practice, which begins March 5.

Posted: Tue Jan 25, 2005 10:37 pmIf these rumors are true, he may be eating his way to TE. Reliable sources said his "lack of work ethic" in last summers workout program was VERY disappointing. Not to mention he is in the premier position on the team, and SHOULD be the leader.
