Longest season-ticket tenure

The Dallas Morning News is trying to find SMU's longest-tenured football season ticket holder. There has to be someone out there who has been a die-hard since the 40's or longer.

Ha! Good luck. I think the record is 19 straight years. After that, most football season ticket holders end up in Rusk or Terrell (and they don't let'em out on weekends).

My parents have had season tickets since 1966 if that helps.
There has to be someone that has been around longer.
Well, they are on both sides of 80 so maybe?!?!

I have had season tickets since being a student starting in 1970 thru 2004, of course excluding 86-87 when no football was played. If you include those years it would be 34 years.
