From what I've heard from people at practice, Jay'Mond Cleveland was terrific before spring break. Showed up in much better shape than he's ever been in, caught everything in sight and ran terrific routes. I don't know what that means in terms of the WR rotation, of course, and I bet the coaches won't know until August. I would guess that the starting 4 will be Cleveland, Pellerin, Chase and Foster. But there's a lot of routes to be run between now and the opener.

What about Devin Lowery? He's supposed to be extremely talented and much stronger this year. I'd think he would have a shot to start, although I don't know whose place he'd take.

And aren't the coaches pretty high on Tony Hawkins?

I was sorry to hear about Cedric Vinson ripping a pec muscle. Is he out for the year?

I would hope Lowery takes a real step forward this year. He drew raves coming out of spring ball last year, only to struggle during the season. I don't know if it was confidence (or a lack thereof), injury, not enough strength .... but it seems to me that anyone who had that kind of hype last spring must have some real talent. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
