Most impressive to me was the performance turned in by Richuel Massey, Jessie Henderson and Fred Turner. I loved seeing Massey bust that long one through the line, and he looked quicker and shiftier, even wheen he didn't break out for long yards.

Henderson and Turner -- let's be honest, these are not big guys. I wondered if either one would survive when they ran inside the tackles, but they both were effective .... very elusive, and each took a few shots and bounced back up.

We might not have an all-America RB on the roster, but it's obvious we're no longer one-deep at the position any more, either. Rather comforting, if you ask me. We just might be FIVE-deep. It depends, of course, on how they develop, but when Massey struggled last year and Henderson and Turner joined the crew looking like they might get blown away by a light breeze, I didn't think the RBs would be as promising as they seemed yesterday.

I'm right there with you. The fast little guys (Turner, Henderson) were extremely impressive. If nothing else, they might be a really effective change of pace from the bigger backs.
