BCS - Still screwed up

(AP) College football's national championship is coming back to South Florida in January 2009, when the Orange Bowl takes its turn at "double hosting" duties under the new Bowl Championship Series format.
The title game is set for Jan. 8, 2009, at Dolphins Stadium. The "traditional" Orange Bowl will be played seven days earlier on New Year's night.
Though dates weren't locked in until Tuesday, the rotation was set at last week's BCS meetings when officials voted to continue with the current order.
The format will change after this season's Rose Bowl title game. Starting with the 2006-07 season, the championship will be played separately from the host site's traditional bowl, approximately one week later.
