Another SMU license plate!

Saw a new Cadillac with a TX license plate that said "SMU 51" on it today. It was even one of those collegiate themed plates with the red Mustang on the left hand side. Anyone know who that might be?

that would be the co-owner, of one of the largest funeral homes in the area.
