At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

That is about the funniest...

I read this article in Texas Monthly about this offshoot of the Mormon Church (the polygamists) buying some significant acreage in West Texas, I believe. They were building a compound. Well, courtesy of some Branch Davidian-ish concern on the part of the community nearest the compound, the Sheriff went out and made friends with them. On a recent visit, the Sheriff suggested that they come into town sometime and get acquainted so people would not be so spooked.

The head guy replied, "My great-grandfather kept to himself, he taught my grandfather to keep to himself, who taught my father to keep to himself, who taught me, and me and my family are going to keep to ourselves too."

The Sheriff replied, "...Heck, that ain't a big deal...around here, we just call those kind of folk Aggies..."

Being from Utah, the guy didn't get the joke....

But I bet everyone else here does.

Well wouldn't you know FOXSW decided to televise the game. This after assurances from "Aggies in the know" (an oxymoron?) that the game would certainly start at 6 or 7, especially since there was no chance of the game being televised. Lesson learned: check your sources. 200 bucks this morning to change my flights, lest I miss the early morning kickoff.

Better yet: NEVER trust an Aggie! Or as President Ronald Reagan used to say: "Trust...but verify!"

At least we'll get some exposure. Let's hope that we give them a good game.

Yes! I do hope we give them a damn good game. Come to think of it, we owe those bastards one after they stole that game from us in 1995 at Kyle Field. Paybacks are hell!!

This gametime pisses me off. 1130 AM kickoffs on FSSW are f'd up. It just gives tailgating one big kick in the nuts. That is hangover time, not a time to start a game.

F you Big XII TV contract.

oh, it will be 7 am tailgate start time... its 8 am start regardless of gametime for most games, but you can start out slow for those... I'm going to have a hard time getting crazy in 4 short hours after a long night at the bars.

Yup, getting our pants beat off might be TOO much exposure for Sat. morning TV.
