With the site being down, not sure if any has talked about it-

Back up QB James Battle is leaving, and he is just not a back up, With Gunns injuries I believe Battle played a lot and might have needed to play if/when Gunn gets hurt next year. (I am not hoping he gets hurt, just seems to be pretty injury prone)
Anywho, they might miss him next year.

Doubt it. James had a lot of personal issues off the field that he's been dealing with since he arrived at TCU, and his heart has never really seemed to be in it. He was 4th on the depth chart going into fall practice. The kid had alot of talent, but he couldn't make the commitment. Hopefully he can get everything straight wherever he ends up.

But you are right that most of our backups are untested. Hopefully this is the year that Gunn can stay healthy.

Maybe he can join a band.

I met Battle once, and he was an impressive young man -- very impressive. I was sorry to see him choose TCU, of course (wanted him at SMU!) and I'm sorry to see him leave. Wherever he ends up, and whatever he ends up doing, I wish him the best.
