I think it's hilarious when they say that they "seriously" thought about giving Baylor the death penalty...

OO So many things come to mind that I want to say to them when they say that...Such crap that they say they actually thought about it...Bull crap is all Imma say

The interim Baylor president was on Chuck Cooperstein's show yesterday, and he said he had no problem with the sanctions, calling them "fair and appropriate." He also said that while one of the school's goals was to avoid the DP, he considered self-imposing it on the program. That, to me, sounds like a load of BS designed to underscore the notion that they have higher integrity than the rest of the schools in the nation (and compared to many schools, of course, they do), but there's no way they were thinking of self-imposing the DP if they then made it a priority to avoid it. Talking out of both sides of his mouth, if you ask me.

As I understand, Coach Drew is not exactly a saint either. Better keep a real close eye on this one!

You mean you don't think all those stud players (Kevin Rogers, JUCOs, international guys) didn't sign with BY just for the opportunity to play at a school that has made SMU look like the Spurs in recent years, to live in Waco and with unknown sanctions looming on the horizon? Shocking.
