This message is to all Pony Fans.

This message is to all of you Diehard Pony Fans.

Ryan Kennedy #89 has sent this out to all of you. The Sprit Shop is having 50% off sale tomorrow from 1pm til 4:45pm.

He said that there is a good selection of merchandise that can be picked up at really good price.

Even if you do not need anything go by and say hello and goodbye since the Spirit Shop is closing down.

Thanks for the heads-up, stangdad. If I can sneak out of work, I'll head over for a visit.
Can't they keep the sale on after normal work hours? They need to have an EVENING sale!
Have a great summer - we're all looking forward to seeing your son tear it up in the fall.
Rise up, Mustang Nation!
Go SMU!

I want to point out that it is open 1pm til 4:45pm. I happened to be near campus this morning and thought I would stop by. I didn't realize it was only open in the afternoon. Too bad, I'd have bought some cr@p.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I went by about 1pm today and while they still have stuff over there, some of the golf shirts, etc. are starting to get picked over. Still some good stuff left. I got one of those Ford Stadium miniature replicas for $2.

Darn it!

I had a shopping list (from going there yesterday), and arrived at 4:07... doors were locked and no one inside. So it's not open tomorrow? (Rhetorical question.)

So is smuspiritshop.com going to remain in operation? If so, that's where I'm going to buy my Mustang merchandise.
(If it is, they need to update the site: get more/better pictures, etc.)
Bob Sharp is the reason I bought at the Spirit Shop. And in addition to being a great guy, he also has a grasp of what SMU merchandise should look like. Those folks at the new on-line store should ask him for advice.

I found the Spirit Shop web site on Google yesterday. Everthing seemed normal. I don't know if the web site is actually still operating or not. It would be nice if they could keep it going some how.

The new athletic marketing site reminds me of being invaded by the Mustang Maniac. Totally out of place and out of touch. The classic example of fixing what aint broke. The real issue with marketing has not been the Spirit Shop. There have been lots and lots of team losses in football & basketball, often poor atendance at games. A web site such as the new one is not going to coerce any more sales than before if the team still isn't winning much, and they certainly don't do a thing for me in coercing SMU Spirit.

In reference to the Spirit Shop web site. Ryan said it was going to be online for a while.

So go there if you need something.

Sorry I do not know the address.
