Two players, sophomore linebackers Billy Jack Williams and Khalid
Beard, were injured during the morning workout. Williams suffered a
fractured right fibula while Beard sprained his left ankle. Williams is
expected to miss four to six weeks while Beard is listed as day-to-day.

"Anytime you lose a starter it makes things hard," said Cavan of
Williams' injury. "(Brian) Bischoff will move up to the starting lineup and
we will move some people around but it will hurt, depth-wise."

I think it's interesting that Bischoff is moving into the starting lineup. I know he had a good spring, but that's often a time that coaches look at players further down on the depth chart, isn't it? Wouldn't you rather see DD Johnson or Justin Williams of Plano ahead of Bischoff? I would.
