Posted: Mon Jul 25, 2005 7:58 pmI remember it was colder than hell-plus wasn't this the game where Rod Jones absolutely lowered the boom on an Arkansas receiver? Texas Stadium always was good for replays and I remember the crunching tackle was played several times.
Posted: Mon Jul 25, 2005 10:07 pmI have the video of that game and yes, Rod Jones layed a HUGE hit on the Arkansas receiver. It was replayed over and over on ESPN that season. I copied that hit for Rod on DVD at his request but he never called for it. Bus is holding it for him if Rod reads this.
