Paranoia?
'After saying last week he'd like to keep his team's workouts open to the public, TCU coach Gary Patterson said Thursday he has changed his mind.
Patterson has closed practices for the remainder of the season because he said a TCU fan Web site, killerfrogs.com, was posting depth chart and injury information.
"There's an article on there talking about everything that is going on out here and I don't appreciate it," Patterson said. "So we're not going to have it anymore. One person abuses the system and now no one gets the chance to come out here anymore." '
Watch out Webbies!

Is it true that Patterson is the only DI Head Coach under 5' tall?
What a Napoleon Complex!

Patterson is paranoid. There is nothing that will ever appear on killerfrogs that opposing coaches don't already know. We can go to every practice of the year, and we still wouldn't reveal anything the opposing coaches can't figure out. Sure, if we stuck a lineman at quarterback, that might throw the other team off-guard a little, but that surprise would last about 2 plays. Coaches adjust. They talk to coaches at other schools. They know more about opponents than fans ever well, even if the fans go to practice every day. Patterson needs to switch to decaf.

Atta boy, Gary. Way to alienate half your fan base.
And killerfrogs seems to be "not working" today. Coincidence?

I always thought coaches and players got their information from watching game films, not reading web-sites. But what do I know? I am sure Gary knows that web-sites are starting to replace game films and scouts. After all, he is a D1 head coach.

Bad Bad Horney Toads-notice that Frog Forum "is off the air" today. That will teach 'em a lesson.

I don't. As I have said many times, I don't care. Please do not mistake my indifference for animosity.

I dont buy your indifference... You brought up Baylor before any baylor fan said anything on the subject and before Baylor was even mentioned. My guess is you spend just as much time or more checking out our board as we do checking out yours.

Gotta tell the Baylor fans that seem to spend time on our board, Dooby just does not care. He has a long history of not caring. However, I did find the comment both funny and quite satisfying that the Baylor fans are upset that Dooby might hate them and their university.

who gives a rat'sass [on BaylorFans] about tcwho?
Tip for SMU: Do you really, really want to recruit better players to SMU? Lie to the recruits - like Gary Patterson does - and tell them that they are getting ready to be members of The Big XII Conference!
yep, Gary Patterson tells recruits and their parents during TCwho? on-campus facilities visits that tcwho? will be playing in the Big XII soon.

Thats the funny part. People who actually believe the Big 12 would accept TCU.
