a fashion opinion...

I am in town from north Florida for the surgery of my mom...ductile carcinoma, with an unknown pathology until Tuesday...nevertheless, I would like to outfit my 19 yo son ( freshman at Florida State ) in an SMU jacket( light type ). Saw the fare at the bookstore and the Varsity Shop, and wonder if there are any other sites you would recommend.
For those of you that are given to prayer, that would be appreciated also...

As for a place to outfit your son with SMU apparel...you've hit the places that have the best selections in Dallas, imo. In fact, they're probably the ONLY places in Dallas where you can find something. I was in the bookstore on Mockingbird the other day and they had pretty good selections.

On the jacket note: isn't SMUspiritshop.com still operating? You might check there. The previous ownership had better selections than the current arrangement, which conveniently has the store open for about 11 seconds per month.
