Cash Birdwell Retirement
Posted: Tue Aug 23, 2005 8:04 amPlans are underway to honor longtime SMU athletic trainer Cash Birdwell. It looks like he will be recognized before the Nov 5th game against Rice. There will also be a reception the night before. Please come to the homecoming game a little early to recognize this Hall of Fame athletic trainer but more importantly the great man that he is. Everyone has a great Cash story. He also greatly appreciated the posts about him a few weeks ago on this board! You should be hearing more about this in the next few weeks.
