Its what Im sure you are tired of hearing this one, but it what is called a "Young Team". We had the win and let it slip though our fingers more then once.
We had 5 TOs, 2 inside the 5, our young players have to realize unless its 4th down don't try and fight for an extra 2 inches. There will be a next play.
I still seen passes being overthrown.
I think our D- grew up today, they shut K-State down completly in the 2nd half
We learned that we have 2 capable QBs in Morris and Skinner (before this season they had both thrown exactly 6 passes between them)
Our team is young and full of Raw talent. Once we tune it we will be a team to reckon with. I see the same with SMU though.
I think SMU has finally lifted the stigma of "Its not cool to go there now" And have some raw abilities. I hate to say this my question is with the coaching staff, are they ready and able to produce the wins SMU can have.
